Mercury House, originally completed in 1903, is a listed building that previously served telecommunications functions. It has been restored and integrated into the wider development. The tower includes approximately 256 residential units, along with shared facilities such as a rooftop pool. Some residences can be operated under hotel management by Meliá Hotels International. The wider development is mixed-use and includes residential apartments, a hotel, office space, retail outlets, a public square and a multi-storey public car park with around 400 spaces.
