Homes of Quality CSR Statement
At Homes of Quality, part of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group, we believe that business should do more than deliver results: it should also contribute positively to the communities in which it operates.
As part of a family-owned Maltese group with more than 56 years of experience, we are proud to support initiatives that strengthen social wellbeing, encourage young people, and protect the environment. The Group’s long-standing CSR approach has focused on sponsorships, NGOs and environmental initiatives, reflecting a commitment that goes well beyond property alone.

That commitment is reflected in Homes of Quality’s recent support for YMCA Malta’s Adopt a DAR initiative, launched ahead of YMCA’s 50th anniversary in 2026.
The campaign supports people experiencing homelessness by helping provide shelter, meals, counselling, skills training and longer-term reintegration support. Homes of Quality also supported YMCA Malta’s 365 Campaign in May 2025, contributing to the organisation’s upcoming HP Hub Project, which is designed to equip service users with practical and digital skills.

Homes of Quality was also named Branch of the Year 2024 in March 2025, recognising the team’s performance and client service within the luxury property market.

That achievement sits alongside the wider Group’s continuing support for youth sport and community causes, including long-standing sponsorships of Sliema ASC, Luxol and St Andrews Sports Clubs, and the Group’s role as Juventus Academy Malta’s first corporate partner.

On the environmental side, the wider Group has backed initiatives such as the installation of 454 photovoltaic panels at Inspire Malta, support for public garden maintenance in Swieqi and Ibrag, recycling measures across its offices, and regular beach clean-ups by staff.

Sailing Boat for Persons with Disabilities
As part of its wider commitment to social inclusion, the Frank Salt Real Estate Group sponsored a specialised sailing boat designed specifically for persons with disabilities.
This initiative formed part of a national programme led by Yachting Malta and the Malta Sailing Federation, aimed at making sailing more accessible to all.
The Group contributed towards one of several Hansa 303 class boats, purpose-built to accommodate a wide range of physical abilities, ensuring safety, stability and ease of use. These boats are now used in adaptive sailing programmes, giving individuals with disabilities the opportunity to experience the open sea and actively participate in sport.
This initiative reflects a broader effort to promote inclusivity in sport in Malta, while also supporting international momentum to further develop para sailing and reintroduce it at future Paralympic Games.
Homes of Quality shares that same outlook: practical, community-minded and focused on making a measurable difference.
