Homes Of Quality is a member of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group, which has been established and operating in the real estate market in Malta since 1969. It is today considered to be the leading real estate agency in Malta and Gozo, dealing mainly with the sale and letting of residential and commercial properties in Malta and Gozo.
The directors of the company are recognised for their integrity and professional approach. They are also involved in various national organisations; Frank Salt was instrumental in the setting up of the local Association of Estate Agents in Malta and is a respected columnist in the local newspapers.
The company’s head offices are situated in St Julians, a few metres away from The Hilton Hotel, and from one of the most outstanding property developments in Malta – The Portomaso Marina development. The company has nine other regional offices in St Julians (which also houses the property management and after sales divisions), Sliema, Balzan, San Gwann, Fgura, St Paul’s Bay, Mellieha, Marsascala and Gozo. All regional offices are linked by a state of the art IT system ensuring real time updates, resulting in an accurate and up-to-date property database of the Maltese islands

Clients are always accompanied on property inspections and our consultants give much needed advice to facilitate the selection process, as well as carrying out all negotiations to obtain the most favourable conditions for both purchasers and vendors.

We understand that buying a property is sometimes only the first step for our clients. A specialised department is at your service to help you settle into your new home. We have one objective: To convert your new property into a stylish, comfortable and practical home within an agreed time and budget, with the least amount of inconvenience. We can accompany you to suppliers who offer pre-arranged discounts, obtain quotes, confirm orders, follow up deliveries and installations, and much more. We even offer turnkey services when required.
We work very closely with a number of architects and interior designers who will help to make your dream home a reality.

Letting and property management

The Letting Department was established in 1969 and today enjoys an unparalleled reputation throughout Malta and Gozo with both landlords and tenants. The department boasts of one of the largest databases of residential letting properties both for short let and long lets (over six months), which include apartments, maisonettes, houses of character, farmhouses and villas.
Corporate clients regularly make use of its services for their expatriate staff, which include embassies, banks, international companies, and legal and accounting firms.
Letting services are available from all branches. Specialised letting divisions are established at the head office in St Julians, the Sliema office, the St Paul’s Bay office, the Marsascala office and also at the Gozo office.
We also offer a property management service, which is very popular with clients whose property is unoccupied for part of the year. We organise monthly visits to the property and any general maintenance, cleaning and payment of bills as necessary.

Insurance

We are appointed agents for Gasan Mamo Insurance Limited and Citadel Insurance.
We transact all classes of insurance including life insurance, personal accident and sickness, general property, motor vehicles, marine, aviation, transport, general liability and employers’ liability.
We also offer a property management service, which is very popular with clients whose property is unoccupied for part of the year. We organise monthly visits to the property and any general maintenance, cleaning and payment of bills as necessary.

Specialised services

We work very closely with local professionals who provide legal and financial services related to the acquisition, sale or letting of property. These services include:
1. Repatriation of sales proceeds immediately following the signing of the final deed of sale. Through special arrangements that we have with leading banks and foreign exchange brokers we shall be able to secure favourable rates of exchange prevailing at the time.
2. Tax consultancy, including submission of applications for permanent residency permits.
Our company works very closely with all of the major banks on the islands. We are able to arrange appointments for our clients either at the bank or in the comfort of our offices.
