Homes of Quality has registered tremendous growth throughout all its operations during 2009, notably an overall increase of 300% in sales revenue when compared to 2008. This is very positive news not only for the company, now established for the last 5 years, but also for the local property market in general.
This positive result has been announced at the group’s annual staff party. “2009 was a spectacular year for us. We have managed to hit all targets set for the year and our turnover has increased by more than 300% over last year.” said Grahame Salt, Director of Homes of Quality. “Despite the slowdown that has been experienced in the local economy throughout the first half of this year, we have continued to be successful. We feel that this is partly due to the professional and consistent way in which my team of property consultants operate and service our clients, as well as to the fact that people are always willing to buy good quality property offered at a good value.”
Homes of Quality operates from the state-of-the-art offices on Sliema’s Tower Road, the prime area for real estate business on the island. The company has been established since 2004 with the scope of focusing on the marketing and sales of the top quality properties held in the Frank Salt Real Estate portfolio. It is made up of a sales team of experienced property consultants, selected for their professionalism and for their eagerness to look after their clients and keep up to date with their property portfolio.
